Our mystery scoop and blind box products are surprise-based and may be packed with reference to your stated preferences. Because the final selection is customized and random, exact items, colors, styles, quantities, packaging details, or themes are not guaranteed.

No Returns for Change of Mind or Preference-Based Reasons

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for mystery scoop / blind box products due to change of mind, personal preference, duplicate items, dislike of the random selection, color differences, style differences, or preferences that could not be fulfilled.

Preference notes, including dislike options, will be reviewed when preparing your order, but they are not guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the product description, missing items, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem and the outer packaging. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can help check the tracking status. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping cost.
